The corporate watchdog will raise pointed questions on the timeliness and sufficiency of disclosures - or lack of them - by Commonwealth Bank over its compliance record on anti-money laundering matters today.A routine appearance before the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services this morning in Sydney will provide a forum for ASIC chair Greg Medcraft to weigh on one angle of the controversies raised by AUSTRAC's civil suit last week against CBA.The Financial Review reports that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission chairman is also investigating taking action over CBA's delayed disclosures.
