ANZ improves rating with business customers
ANZ has been the big improver in DBM Consultants' survey of business banking customers. Since July last year it has moved from the bottom of the business customer satisfaction ratings, among the Big Four, to equal top position with Commonwealth Bank and Westpac.According to DBM's latest Business Financial Services Monitor, ANZ has improved its ratings with all business segments, from micro to corporate, over that period.Meanwhile, National Australia Bank has lost ground. NAB has an overall score of 6.9 (out of 10), compared with 7.4 for ANZ, 7.4 for Westpac and 7.5 for Commonwealth Bank.
