Appointments: Blockley to head new RFi consultancy business

Financial research company RFi Group has hired Lance Blockley to head a new business, RFi Consulting. Blockley was managing director of Edgar Dunn & Co, a finance industry consultancy. RFi's business in Australia has been in the provision of customer data and market intelligence.
