Appointments: four new ombudsmen at FOS
The Financial Ombudsman Service has appointed four new ombudsmen. They are Evelyn Halls, a former partner at Herbert Smith Freehills; Nicole McCutcheon, a former litigation counsel at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission; Justi Tonti-Filipinni, a former banking lawyer at Ashurst; and Michael Pearce, a senior counsel and former editor of Victorian Reports. They will work in FOS's decisions team, which works on complex disputes.
