Brief: Bank of Hawaii to stay in American Samoa

Bank of Hawaii will continue to trade in American Samoa, reversing a decision to pull out of the territory. ANZ is the only other bank operating there. A third bank, headed by two former executives of ANZ, is the proposed Community Bank of American Samoa.
