Prepaid card supplier Emerchants has entered into a three-year agreement with CC Investment Group, an operator of pawnshops and a cash advance business, to supply prepaid debit cards. CCIG, which has 24 outlets, will use the cards to disburse cash advances to customers. Emerchants said the program would be launched in July.
