Brief: Jillian Segal joins Rabobank board

•    Specialist food and agribusiness bank, Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group has appointed Jillian Segal to the boards of its major operating entities - Rabobank Australia Limited, Rabo Australia Limited and Rabobank New Zealand Limited. Segal, a former ASIC commissioner and deputy chair, takes the seat left vacant by retiring former chairman Bill Gurry. Segal joins current chairman Henry van der Heyden, and other directors of Rabobank Australia & New Zealand - Anne Brennan, Andy Borland, Berry Marttin, Sander Pruijs, Geerten Battjes and Peter Knoblanche, who is also managing director of Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group and CEO of Rabobank Australia.
