Brief: MyATM backdoors net security firm

ATM operator MyATM may be in the midst of a shift away from its remnant holdings in this sector. MyATM told the ASX on Friday it plans to buy iWebgate, an internet security company. The share issue to iWebgate owners may require a special meeting of MYA shareholders.
