National Australia Bank will today explain a series of reforms to the incentive payments for most staff and senior managers, Fairfax Media reports. More than 700 NAB retail branch managers, assistant branch managers and sales team leaders in consumer call centres will move off their existing incentive plan in October. There will also be reforms to bonuses paid to the bank's retail staff later this year.
