Briefs: Auswide implements TCU scheme, Cuscal joins blockchain development group

Auswide Bank's scheme of arrangement with Queensland Professional Credit Union (trading as Your Credit Union) has been implemented, with eligible YCU members due to receive $4055 in cash and 696 Auswide shares as part of the merger. Payments company Cuscal has joined the Hyperledger Project, a blockchain initiative launched in San Francisco this year by the Linux Foundation. The Linux Foundation promotes itself as an organisation of the world's top developers, working to "build ecosystems that accelerate open technology and commercial adoption."
