The customer claims he was told the company could "clean" his credit file but ended up with a A$1000 bill and without a clean file. Consumer groups are campaigning to have credit repair companies regulated. Job advertisements fell by 1.4 per cent in March after nine months of rises, according to the latest ANZ survey. The fall in March was evident in both internet and newspaper job ads. Internet job ads fell 1.3 per cent, the first monthly fall seen in internet job ads since May last year. Newspaper job ads fell by 3.6 per cent. ANZ chief economist Warren Hogan said, despite declining slightly in March, job advertisement numbers remained elevated compared with the long-term average.
