Briefs: Court date for BOQ franchisees moved
Investors in failed franchises of the Bank of Queensland will have to wait five more months for their day in court. Previously scheduled to begin in April 2012, the Supreme Court of New South Wales recently postponed the trial date to 17 September. The court has allowed 28 weeks for the trial, assuming the bank does not settle with the 10 franchisees who are suing the bank in the meantime.
