Briefs: Fake card-making charge and RBS Morgans bidders named
Police charged a Sydney man yesterday in relation to the alleged production of fake credit cards. Police laid 11 charges against a 51-year-old man, including dealing with the proceeds of crime, the making false documents and possession of equipment used to make identification information, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. Bank of America-Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank are the two investment banks negotiating alone with CIMB for the 50 per cent stake in broker RBS Morgans being sold by Royal Bank of Scotland.
