Briefs: Fegan retires from AMP board, Stargroup wraps up Cash Plus acquisition

Former St George Bank chief executive Paul Fegan has retired from the boards of AMP Ltd and AMP Bank Ltd, where he has served since 2009. Fegan's career also included a term as group managing director strategy and corporate services at Telstra. ATM and point of sale terminal operator Stargroup has completed its acquisition of the Cash Plus ATM network. The company now operates a fleet of 230 ATMs. It said in a statement that annual transactions would double from one million to two million and revenue would jump from A$2.4 million to $5 million.
