Briefs: JB Were cuts and CBA counts complaints
National Australia Bank cut a number of senior management at private client adviser JBWere, the Financial Review reported. JBWere's national head of advice Matt Stovold will leave the business at the end of the week. NAB also dropped two state managers. The number of customer complaints counted by Commonwealth Bank ballooned in 2012/13. CBA said it received 446,000 complaints up from 269,000 the year before. This may reflect more careful counting of complaints aired on social media.
