Stephen Jones is the new shadow assistant treasurer and shadow minister for financial services. Matt Thistlethwaite has been reappointed as shadow assistant minister for financial services. Jim Chalmers, as expected, is the new shadow treasurer. ME Bank has appointed Adam Crane as chief financial officer, replacing the outgoing Gary Dickson. Dickson will finish at the end of the month, after six years with the bank. Crane is moving to ME from Indue, where he worked as chief financial officer since 2016. He has had a 25-year career in financial services, including seven years at ANZ and 13 at Suncorp, where he worked in e-commerce and strategy roles.
