Briefs: Macquarie in defence action

Macquarie Bank will have to defend an action bought by investors in the failed Bill Express and OnQ group of companies, AAP reports. The plaintiffs are the Al Othman Holdings Company and the Voice and Data Telecommunication Company. Slater and Gordon is acting for the two investors, who are seeking more than A$10 million in damages over an investment made in 2007.
