Briefs: Macquarie out of Nintex, FleetCor buys Custom Fleet assets
Macquarie Group will sell its "significant minority interest in Nintex", a global provider of workflow management and collaboration products. The Australian Financial Review reports that private equity firm TA Associates will buy Nintex in a deal worth as much as A$300 million. FleetCor Technologies, a US provider of fuel cards and workforce payment programs, has acquired fuel card assets from GE Capital Australia's Custom Fleet business. The Wall Street Journal's market watch service reported that Custom Fleet will maintain the customer relationships that involve fleet management and leasing, while FleetCor will take over those that involve only fuelling.
