Briefs: New CFO for DirectMoney, Co-op Bank appoints replacement CEO
Andrew Goodwin joined DirectMoney as chief financial officer, effective yesterday. Goodwin most recently was a partner with Draycap, a private equity outfit, and has a pedigree with Macquarie focused on infrastructure, utilities and energy. Co-operative Bank in New Zealand said it appointed David Cunningham as chief executive, replacing Bruce McLachlan, who left the bank a month ago to take up the role of CEO of Fisher Funds. Cunningham has been Co-op's general manager for customer banking since 2012. Cunningham spent most of his career at Westpac NZ.
