Briefs: Sorry time for Hagger at NAB
National Australia Bank chief customer officer Andrew Hagger has been forced back in front of the YouTube camera again to apologise to customers for the bank's third outage in a week, reports Finextra. The bank's online and mobile systems once again went dark over the course of a two-hour period yesterday afternoon. The latest outage comes hard on the heels of a series of failures over the course of the past week. Some have pointed the finger at the bank's ongoing roll-over to a new core banking platform supplied by Oracle.
