Payday lender Cash Converters is entering the prepaid card market, following the signing of a deal with prepaid card provider emerchants.Emerchants will supply Cash Converters with a re-loadable prepaid Visa card, which will allow customers to transfer their loan payments to their car instead of receiving cash.Cash Converters will trial the system until January next year before deciding whether to put it into service across its network.
