Michael Saadat will return to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission with responsibility for the regulation of credit. He will replace Greg Kirk, who has shifted to a strategy role within ASIC.Saadat is head of consumer compliance at Citigroup, a job he has held for 18 months.Saadat was a senior manager at ASIC looking after deposit takers, credit and insurers from 2005.
