Columbus Capital prices RMBS

Columbus Capital has upsized and priced its Triton Trust No.7 Bond Series 2016-1 issue of residential mortgage-backed securities, with the transaction size increasing from A$300 million at launch to $350 million.??The A1-a notes were set at $58.5 million with a weighted average life of 0.24 years, and were priced at 72.5 basis points over 30-day bank bills. The $239 million of A1-b notes and $24.5 million of A2 notes both have a WAL of three years and were priced at 155 bps and 210 bps over, respectively.The $11.4 million of AB notes, with a WAL 4.2 years, were priced at 235 bps over bills and the $10.7 million of B notes, with the same WAL, were priced at 250 bps over. The C notes also have a WAL of 4.2 years and the $3.5 million of notes were priced at 325 bps over.??The $1.75 million of D notes, with a WAL of 3.9 years, were priced at 600 bps over. Pricing was not disclosed for the $0.7 million of E notes, which have a WAL of 5 years.
