Australia's largest mutual, CUA, has maintained competitive pressure in the home loan market, with the launch this week of a home loan package that includes an introductory rate of 6.84 per cent.The deal includes a one-year introductory rate, no establishment fee, and discounted home and contents or landlord insurance for the first year. The package also comes with a transaction account. There are no monthly account fees or transaction fees if the balance is $50,000.Mortgage features include a fee-free redraw facility, 100 per cent offset, and the ability to make lump sum payments without penalty.
