The new Eftpos hub will be in use from September this year by two banks, Eftpos Australia CEO Bruce Mansfield said last week.With "the help of FIS as our partner, just eight months on, the hub is already built," Mansfield told the FIS International Conference in Barcelona last week."We have successfully completed millions of test transactions," he said."Two of our members have connected and are due to go live by September, and a third soon after."Plans are in place with all of our members to be connected in phases," he said, while "certification testing will begin this month.""All connections will be completed by late 2015," Mansfield said.
