Foreign news: Canadian banks launch Apple Pay

Customers of Canadian banks Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, ATB Financial and Canadian Tire Bank started making transactions using Apple Pay this week, after the parties struck a deal to introduce the payment service. Finextra reports that Bank of Montreal, TD Bank and Scotiabank will also start offering Apple Pay in coming months.
