Citigroup is getting out of retail banking in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia, Reuters reports. The bank is looking to cut its costs and get out of markets with very low returns. Citigroup chief executive Michael Corbat said: "We have decided to focus our efforts on opportunities with our institutional clients in these countries and throughout the wider region."
