All employees in JPMorgan's asset management division will have to learn to code, reports Finextra. So far a third of the bank's analysts and associates have been trained to use Python coding, and further courses on data science and machine learning are in the works. The bank said a better understanding of coding would help its business teams "speak the same language" as its tech teams.
