Foreign news: Goldman Sachs recruits on Snapchat
Goldman Sachs has started using the social media platform Snapchat, whose distinctive feature is that messages disappear after a few seconds, to send out recruiting ads. Reuters reports that Goldman is using the service to reach an audience that has been increasingly reluctant to contemplate a career in banking since the financial crisis. US graduates are half as likely to pursue a career in banking now compared with a decade ago.
