Foreign News: Moody's multi-million settlement

•    Credit rating agency Moody's has agreed to pay US$15 million to settle charges brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it failed to consistently apply credit rating symbols to its "combo notes", reports the FT. It is the SEC's first proceeding enforcing the Universal Ratings Symbol requirement.
