Swiss bank UBS has warned Asia regional staff not to travel to China, following concerns over Chinese government demands that a UBS banker stay in the country to answer questions, reports the FT. The Singapore-based banker was in China to meet with private bank clients. It is unclear what her situation is now. UBS has told its team of regional private banking advisers to delay any travel to China while the bank investigates.
