Sweden's central bank, the Riksbank, has put the brakes on moves by the country's banks to go cashless. Finextra reports that the Riksbank has called for a legal requirement that banks provide cash services as a basic account feature. The Riksbank's view is that the country's banks have reduced their cash handing services too fast, resulting in a shortage of cash services around the country.
