Hey helms Bendigo board
Five out of eight members of the board of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank will be women. Robert Johanson is passing the baton at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. After 31 years on the board, and 13 as chair, he will retire at the bank's annual general meeting in October. Jacqueline Hey will be the new chair. Before joining the bank's board in 2011, she was the chief executive of Ericsson in the United Kingdom and Australia. She is currently a non-executive director of Qantas, AGL and Cricket Australia. Other board members include managing director Marnie Baker, Jan Harris, Jim Hazel, Robert Hubbard, David Matthews, Tony Robinson and Vicki Carter.
