IMF Bentham seeks 4-year term funding
The litigation funder IMF Bentham has launched a A$30 million bond issue, to be made available to wholesale investors such as institutional, private and SMSF investors. The company will invest in funding future litigation including class actions, liquidations and general litigation. The bonds are being marketed are part of a four year and three month fixed rate senior secured issue, to be arranged by FIIG Securities, and will pay a fixed rate of 7.40 per cent. IMF Bentham was established in 2001 and is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The notes will have a minimum initial investment of $50,000 at issue and will be distributed to new and existing FIIG Securities clients who qualify as sophisticated or professional investors.
