Latitude hit by online gremlins
If Latitude wants to boost broker originations of its suite of personal loan products it will need to fix long-running problems with its approval process.The company confirmed on Monday what brokers have been saying for some time- that turnaround times on loan applications have been inconsistent and unpredictable.In a terse memo issued to mortgage brokers, Latitude conceded that technical gremlins have been disrupting its online interactions with brokers."We were experiencing an issue that is preventing our personal loan team from scoring, updating and finalising applications," Latitude stated in the memo."This issue is now resolved."
