Mail mix up for Westpac

Westpac mailed as many as 42,000 statements to the wrong customers in recent days, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. The bank's mail house, Salmat, is getting the blame for the error.The statements relate to everyday bank accounts for St George, one of Westpac's banking brands.
