Nine buys 20 per cent stake in Yellow Brick Road

Nine Entertainment Co. Holdings will take a 19.9 per cent stake in financial services' challenger Yellow Brick Road, the two companies announced yesterday.YBR is the still relatively new business of former Wizard Home Loans' founder, Mark Bouris. Yellow Brick Road will shortly be acquired by ASX-listed ITS Capital Investments, which will then change its name.Nine will pay A$6.5 million in cash and provide $6.5 million of advertising on the Nine television network and related media properties over five years.
