Two ATM profits late
GRG International and EzeATM both failed to file their December 2011 half-year results with the Australian Securities Exchange by the close of business yesterday. The shares of both companies - both independent operators of fleets of automatic teller machines - face suspension if the pair does not produce financial reports by the commencement of trading on the ASX this morning. One ASX-listed ATM operator that did manage to file its financial statements within the time-frames required by the exchange was iCash Payments.iCash sold its Australian ATM fleet to EzeATM in late January. The financial statements show that EzeATM paid A$13.4 million for the business, rather than the $16 million announced at the time, with difference being due to "working capital adjustments".iCash said that revenue for the ATM fleet sold to its competitor was $7 million for the half-year, so the buyer paid around one times revenue.
