Veda contracts with NECDL
Credit reporting agency Veda has contracted with National E-Conveyancing Development Ltd to allow Veda's customers to access Australia's new electronic property exchange through the VedaCheck portal.NECDL, which is building the electronic property exchange, has already contracted with three information brokers - GlobalX Information, InfoTrack and SAI Global.The exchange, called PEXA, is going through trials and will be launched progressively over the next two years. PEXA will allow property settlements to be handled online.VedaCheck subscribers will be able to open an online workspace where registry documents and settlement schedules can be created, and where information can be shared by all the parties involved in a transaction.
