Virgin Money and Citibank took the next step in their banking alliance yesterday, with the introduction of the High Flyer Credit Card.The card offers 1.25 Velocity points per dollar of card spend, with no points caps. The package also includes four free flights a year when the customer uses the High Flyer Card to buy a Virgin Blue seat.The annual fee is $249 and the rate on purchases and cash advances is 20.9 per cent. Virgin Money is offering a balance transfer deal, with a rate of 6.9 per cent for six months.Last July Virgin Money and Citibank kicked off their banking alliance with a high interest online savings account, a low rate credit card and the Virgin Flyer card.
