Westpac executive appointed FSA director

FSA Group said yesterday that it had appointed Sally Herman as an independent non-executive director. Herman retired as Westpac's group general manager of corporate affairs in September 2010.

The firm is a non-conforming lender funded by Westpac. The firm also arranges debt agreements, an alternative to bankruptcy.
