Young people are happiest with their banks
Young women on low incomes give their banks the highest satisfaction scores, according to a new survey. According to comparison site Mozo's latest People's Choice survey, consumers are happiest at the start of the banking life-cycle and become less satisfied over time.People aged 45 to 54 earning more than A$180,000 a year gave their banks the lowest scores.Mozo's survey of 35,000 customers found that ING Direct was the highest rated bank. ING Direct also scored top ratings for its savings account and transaction account. National Australia Bank was the top rated big bank, Queensland Credit Union the top rated credit union, Greater building Society the top rated building society and Hume Bank the top rated mutual bank.Bendigo Bank scored the gong for best term deposits and best credit cards.
