Brief: ARCA appoints new chair

The Australian Retail Credit Association has appointed Peter Wilson as an independent director and chair, ending a period when ARCA chief executive Mike Laing acted as executive chair. Wilson also chairs CPA Australia and the Australian HR Institute. He has held executive roles in the Commonwealth and Victorian Treasuries.
