Eftpos Australia has appointed former Visa and GE Capital executive Andreas Winther as head of merchant and acquiring services.
Winther will be charged with running Eftpos’ merchant strategy focused on mobile wallets and the company’s digital identity solution.
He joins the company from Visa where he was head of marketing for the Scandinavian and Baltic markets.
Winther previously spent ten years in various executive roles at GE Capital.
