Briefs: ANZ executive and board appointments, broker share slips, OCR Labs rebrands
Maria Milosavljevic has left her government job as chief data integration officer at the Department of Defence to become chief information security officer at ANZ. She has held similar positions at Services Australia and the New South Wales Government. She will be responsible for the bank’s information security strategy.
Former retail industry executive Holly Kramer is joining the ANZ board. She was chief executive of Best and Less and has also worked in senior sales roles at Telstra, Ford and Pacific Brands. Her other boards include Woolworths, Fonterra Co-op and Endeavour Group.
Mortgage broker share of home loan originations in the March quarter was 69.6 per cent, according to the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. Share is below its peak of 71.7 per cent in the September quarter last year but above the December quarter share of 69.3 per cent.
OCR Labs Global, a provider of identity and data verification services, has rebranded as IDVerse. The company said the new name combines “identity” with “universe”. “versatile” and “diverse”. In Australia, IDVerse is an accredited digital identity provider under the Trusted Digital Identity Framework.
