Briefs: Clayton Utz executive chair moves to CBA, BOQ hires DocuSign to implement e-signatures
Karen O’Flynn, partner and executive chair of law firm Clayton Utz, is moving to Commonwealth Bank to take up the role of group general counsel and group executive legal and group secretariat. O’Flynn has been a partner at Clayton Utz for 28 years. She is a member of Chief Executive Women. She replaces Carmel Mulhern, who is leaving CBA after three and a half years.
Bank of Queensland has hired e-signature specialist DocuSign to be its strategic digital acceptance partner and to “deliver end-to-end automated processes with e-signature documents in its cloud-based digital bank.” DocuSign will be expected to enable BOQ staff and customers to add signature fields to documents, upload those documents and send them for signing.
