MA Financial Group has appointed Giles Boddy as its chief financial officer. Boddy was most recently CFO at Aussie Home Loans. Prior to that he was business banking CFO at Commonwealth Bank. EML Payments has been advised by Spanish financial services company Up Spain that it no longer intends to proceed with an agreement for EML to provide services in the country’s employee benefits market. The agreement was announced in March last year. EML said it would “engage with Up Spain regarding an orderly dissolution of the relationship”.
