Briefs: Rabobank turns to Identitii for IFTI reporting, Cash Converters renews funding
Rabobank Australia has signed a five-year software licence agreement with regtech company Identitii Ltd to automate its international funds transfer instruction reporting to Austrac. Identitii operates a cloud-based reporting platform. Identitii said in a statement that regulators are demanding that anti-money laundering processes meet increasingly stringent and transparent standards.
Cash Converters has renewed its loan securitisation facility with Fortress Investment Group. The facility limit is unchanged at $150 million, while four-year maturity is longer than the tenor on the previous agreement and the “advance rates” have improved. Over the year to the end of May, the company’s loan book increased by 20 per cent to $211 million.
