Briefs: Y Home Loans goes live, Money3 launches buyback

  • Yellow Brick Road has launched its digital mortgage broking business Y Home Loans, announcing yesterday that the website and mobile app are live. The app includes a video series called Property Insights: Learn from the Experts, which will be hosted by YBR executive chair Mark Bouris. Borrowers will be able to use the Y Home Loans website and app to apply for a home loan and contact a broker. Longer-term, YBR said it will offer a complete online mortgage experience.
  • Automotive finance specialist Money3 has launched an on-market share buyback, with plans to buy up to A$15 million of shares. The buyback will run for 12 months. The company said the decision to implement the capital management strategy reflected its strong financial position, low leverage and low cost of capital.
