Briefs: YBR calls shareholder meeting, Credit Corp director retires
Yellow Brick Road issued a notice of extraordinary general meeting yesterday, setting the date for October 24, when shareholders will vote on a proposal to remove the company from the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange. The notice includes a board recommendation that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders for YBR to be delisted. If shareholders support the resolution, the company will be delisted on November 27.
Leslie Martin will stand down from the Credit Corp board at the company’s annual general meeting next month. Martin, a veteran of both Westpac and Commonwealth Bank, has been on the Credit Corp board since 2014 and is the company’s longest serving director.
